Lead monthly meetings. Oversee general operation of organization, Liaison between our organization and the general public, Handle special issues within the organization as they come up, and lead Board Meetings, and other duties as needed.

The Treasurer prepares the budget, approve payments, reconciles bank accounts, and presents financial information to the board.

The Secretary take minutes at the meetings. Submits brief summaries to the board about past activity. Responsible for press releases as needed.
